2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide:

  • Contact form — name, email address, and message content.
  • Newsletter signup — name and email address.

We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising technology.

3. How we use your data

  • Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message. They are processed via Resend and stored in email.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are managed via MailerLite. You will receive the newsletter you signed up for and nothing else.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to genuine enquiries.

5. Data retention

Contact form emails are retained in email storage for up to 2 years. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

6. Third-party processors

  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery. May process server logs including IP addresses for a short period.
  • Resend — transactional email for contact form submissions.
  • MailerLite — newsletter management and delivery.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority
